At Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
