How to Use This Product:
Rinse the hairwith water, then drain. Wash it twice with MK Clarifying Shampoo for 2-3 minutes, gently massaging between washes. To ensure that the hair cuticles are ready to accept the Hair Botox Treatment, wash the hair three times with clarifying shampoo if it's very tight curls or virgin hair.
- Blow dry hair with a hairdryer on low heat to remove split ends.
- Create four sections out of your hair. Apply MK Hair Botox using a sectioning brush one-quarter inch from the root on each side. Overfilling should not occur. Apply the solution throughout the hair completely (the more you brush it, the better).
- Leave the process for wavy/frizzy hair, which is 50 minutes long, and very curly hair, which is 75 minutes long.
- Rinse only the excess product from your hair with water. Do not wash the hair completely.
- CAUTION: This procedure is not like previous keratin treatments. You first rinse away any extra Hair Botox Treatment from your hair, then you use the flat iron on it.
- If you see any remaining water droplets on your hair, don't be alarmed; they're not the end of the world! Instead, use a blow dryer and a round brush (the more you brushed your hair, the better).
- To properly seal the Hair Botox Treatment into the hair cuticles, use a MK flat iron at 450°F/230°C, 10-12 times on small areas of hair. For optimum results, iron tiny amounts of hair. To adjust the temperature, consider your hair condition.
- To maintain optimum health, wash hair with MK Replenishing Shampoo and Conditioner within 24 hours.
