The large 5" lens is positioned in the middle of the tube - the ideal way of illuminating an object, virtually eliminating shadows. A hinged lens cover protects from dust. The sturdy clamp mount allows you to twist the lamp in any direction and easily supports the spring arm. The shade has a handle for easy repositioning.
