What It Is

DIActivateur 9-vol. (2.7%) Developer is formulated to be used with:

- DIA Light Demi-Permanent Haircolor on color-treated or sensitized hair.
- DIA Richesse Demi-Permanent Haircolor on natural or color treated hair.

What It Does

- 9-vol. DIActivateur Developer pairs with DIA Light and DIA Richesse to create beautiful results for unlimited services. Mix ratio 1:1.5 (1 tube : 2.6 oz. developer)

- Apply with a bowl and brush or plastic bottle
- Development time from 2-20 minutes

- DIA Light & DIA Richesse mix in a 1:1.5 ratio with 9-vol. (2.7%) DIActivateur Developer.
- DIActivateur Developer is formulated to be paired with DIA for best results.

• Use 6-vol. or 9-vol. (use 9-vol. when going darker)
