Joico K-Pak Professional Cuticle Sealer , this double-action pH neutralizer and cuticle sealer is an acidifier that smoothes and tightens the cuticle, and locks in curl and color. The low pH formula reduces hair swelling caused by chemical services , such as tinting, lightening, straightening and perming. It deactivates and removes ammonia and peroxide residues while eliminating perm odors. After shampooing with K-Pak Clarify Chelating Shampoo, rinse and towel-blot hair. Distribute a small amount of K-Pak Professional Cuticle Sealer throughout the hair and leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse and towel-blot excess moisture from hair prior to apply K-Pak Reconstruct Deep Penetrating Reconstructor. After shampooing with K-Pak Clarify Chelating Shampoo, rinse and towel-blot hair.
