Step 1: Cleanse, shape and PREP nails
Step 2: Apply BASE COAT, dip into powder and repeat
Step 3: Brush on ACTIVATOR
Step 4: Seal the nail with BASE COAT. Buff & shape. Apply ACTIVATOR.
