Use Base Breaker Cool to lighten with a cool tonality or Base Breaker Neutral to lighten without any tonality. Mix 20 g of FRAMCOLOR 2001 BASE BREAKER with 40 ml of oxygen 20 vol.
Mix well and apply with a wide brush. Apply quickly and evenly to natural, dry or towel-dried hair.
