Disinfection should take place after each and every client service to prevent the spread of germs.
Use a checklist and have your staff routinely disinfect those items throughout the day.
Bottles should be emptied, cleaned and dried prior to refilling. Remember to place a workplace label on any new bottles, for easy identification. Disinfection of non-porous hard surfaces coming in contact with intact skin such as the exterior of fume hoods, tabletops and other environmental surfaces.
1. Dilute1:40.
2. Apply to surface with cloth or disposable wipe.
3. Ensure surface remains wet for 5 minutes.

Disinfection of Non-Critical, Pre-cleaned Instruments and Devices:
1. Diluteto1:40.
2. Instruments must be thoroughly pre-cleaned to remove excess organic debris, rinsed, and dried.
3. Thoroughly clean and rinse lumens of hollow instruments.
4. Using either at rayon an ultrasonic unit,immerse instrument in use dilution for 5 minutes.
< 5. Remove and rinse instruments.
6. Wipe dry prior to use.
7. Discard solution after each use.

4 STEPS DISINFECTION PROTOCOL
1. Dilute PREempt™ Concentrate at a 1:40 ratio (one part Concentrate to 40 parts water or 25mL to 1L). Read label or reference sheet for other dilutions. 2. Apply diluted solution to surface. Diluted solution can be used for up to 30 days. Remove any visible dirt or debris from surfaces, or equipment prior to disinfecting. 3. Allow surface to remain wet for 5 minutes to kill viruses, bacteria and fungi per label instructions. Read label or reference sheet for full list of claims and use directions 4. Leave to air dry. If desired, wipe any excess solution using a clean cloth after the required contact time has been achieved.
